Understanding AI Replies

What Counts as an AI Reply?

AI replies only count when our AI generates a response for positive leads: Counts toward limit:
  • Interested leads
  • Meeting requests
  • Questions requiring follow-up
Does NOT count (unlimited):
  • Out of Office replies
  • Bounce notifications
  • Not Interested responses
  • Unsubscribe requests
This ensures your AI reply credits are used efficiently on high-value leads that actually need responses.

Monitoring Usage

Track your usage in Billing:
  • Current month’s AI replies used
  • Total limit for your plan
  • Usage percentage bar
  • Days until reset

Managing Your Subscription

Accessing Billing

Only workspace Admins and Owners can access billing settings.
Navigate to Billing in the sidebar to see:
  • Current plan details
  • Usage metrics
  • Upgrade/downgrade options
  • Manage subscription button

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrades take effect immediately:
  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Upgrade on your desired plan
  3. Complete the checkout process
  4. New limits apply instantly
Proration: You’ll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing cycle.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period:
  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Downgrade on your desired plan
  3. Confirm the downgrade
  4. Keep current benefits until period ends
Schedule a downgrade at any time. You won’t lose access to current features until your billing period ends.

Managing Payment Methods

Click Manage Subscription to:
  • Update credit card
  • View invoices
  • Download receipts
  • Update billing email
This opens the Stripe customer portal with full billing management.

Reaching Your Limit

What Happens

When you hit your monthly AI reply limit:
  1. AI stops generating new draft responses
  2. New replies still flow into your inbox
  3. Replies are still categorized automatically
  4. You can manually respond to all replies
  5. Existing drafts remain available to send

Options When Limited

Your limit resets at the start of your next billing cycle. Check the billing page for your reset date.
Upgrade to immediately increase your limit and unlock more AI replies.
Continue managing leads by writing responses yourself. AI categorization continues working.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:
  1. Go to Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Select Cancel Subscription in the Stripe portal
  4. Your access continues until the period ends
After cancellation, your data remains accessible. You can resubscribe at any time to resume full functionality.
